A couple of recent pages

This is my take on the UKS January House Challenge.

I followed the sketch almost to the letter because I thought it was so good.

Now, after looking at it for some time I think it may be too bare.

I do like lots of layers and clusters of embellies

and usually have a tag or two in there somewhere, too.

This is the sketch for the January week 2 challenge.

I did follow the sketch but not exactly.

It has most of the elements and is much more to my taste.

Our first beach walk of the New Year.

The SP's coat is bright orange so I decided to convert the image to b/w 

to fit better with the Simple Recipes Challenge.
